Spectacular third album by the quintet from Grenoble. Not a usual jazz-rock album, but an unforgettable adventure characterized by diversity of harmonies and passion. The band, which emerged from the fusion of progressive rock and contemporary jazz with Eastern European influences, differs significantly from all other bands on the label in terms of sound and also shows their fearless and ingenious approach on the new album. Bend The Future, expand their sound, follow their distinctive path, add string quartets and jazz vocals to their arsenal and add a dazzling touch to their soundscape. Tracks like "Somewhere Beneath", "Fall Apart" and "Jemlematür" show the bold new direction the band has taken, while tracks like "Desert Eagle" and "Vast" build a bridge between the band's earlier work and the new album. Side A is quite heavy and gloomy, including screaming vocals, while the second part portrays landscapes of Anatolian, French and Portuguese countries. Definitely worth listening to.
